Tyrolean roasted potatoes

Take a bit of that holiday feeling home with you­čśŹ

600 g potatoes, 2 tbsps. oil, 1 onion, 250 g beef (cooked), 1 tbsp. parsley (chopped), marjoram, cumin (ground), butter, 4 eggs, salt and pepper ­čśŹ

Cook some potatoes, peel them, let them cool down then cut into slices. Cut boiled beef into small pieces and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a big pan and brown lightly the onion. Add the potatoes and season with pepper, salt, marjoram and cumin. Broil until everything is golden brown and crispy, then add the beef. Fry the eggs in a separate pan. Then garnish the Typical Tyrolean roasted potatoes with the fried eggs
