Your four-legged friends

Small dogs, up to a maximum of 15kg, are welcome in our Hotel Alpenhof. We kindly ask you to inform us of their presence before arrival.
We accept a maximum of one dog per room and charge a supplement of Euro 20,- per day (without food).
Below you will find some simple rules that may seem obvious even to those who are used to traveling with their four-legged friend
They will help us to ensure a pleasant stay for you and your little friend, as well as for the other hotel guests.

  • The use of leash is mandatory in the indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel
  • The owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet throughout the hotel grounds. We ask guests not to use hotel areas for their pet's needs
  • Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness center and fitness room.
  • It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal climb on beds, armchairs, chairs and other furnishings.
  • When you go out, do not leave the dog alone in the room. If the dog is left alone in the room, the daily cleaning will not be carried out. We would like to point out that cleaning the room every 2 days is mandatory. If we do not have access to the room, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you (in the morning).
  • The owner assumes full responsibility for any damage done to the structure or people.
