SOME RULES & TIPS TO WHICH WE SHOULD PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION
👉 Face mask is not required in the hotel anymore. We strongly suggest to use it in closed areas and when social distance is not kept. Children up to 11,99 years are exempt, as stated on the Austrian tourism website.
👉 Please always keep a distance of at least 2m to each other.
👉 Disinfectant dispensers have been set up at various points in the hotel - please disinfect your hands e.g. before entering the restaurant or before removing food from the buffet.
👉 The already high hygiene standards for room cleaning have been expanded again. For example, after every guest change, objects that have been touched a lot, such as remote controls, handles, touchscreens and light switches, are cleaned or disinfected with special care.
RESTAURANT & BAR
👉 Inside, up to 4 people can sit at a common table (plus children). Outside, up to 10 people can sit at one table.
👉 The breakfast buffet in the hotel takes place in the usual form.
👉 At the hotel bar, sitting on the stools at the counter is unfortunately not permitted until further notice.
👉 According to the current official ordinance, curfew is at 10 p.m.
WELLNESS & SPA
👉 We have increased the cleaning and disinfection intervals in this area of the hotel again.
👉 In your own responsibility, we ask you to keep the necessary distance from one another in the saunas and swimming pools and to observe the maximum number of people specified.
